Deposits & Payments:
A credit card is required to be on file at the time of reservation when booking online. The balance due for the reservation is paid on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
A smoking waiver is signed for each non-smoking room stating that you will not smoke in the room. If you smoke in a non-smoking room, a $50 charge will be applied to the credit card on file. If paying for your room by cash, a $50 cash deposit will be required that will be returned after check-out and inspection of the room unless a credit card can be on file to secure the potential smoking waiver fee.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy:
Check-In time is normally between the hours of 2 pm and 9 pm.
If later than 9pm, please contact the office to let them know when to expect you.
Check-Out time is any time before 11am.
Limited early Check-In and late Check-Out is an extra fee of $10.
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 24 hours in advance of your arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation on the arrival date, you are responsible for the cost of one day of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged, unless the room(s) are able to be rebooked.
The Walton Inn only allows for service animals and we do not accommodate pets.
